This card started with the large scalloped piece, which I was going to use for this card, but decided on a softer colour palette. Everything was based off of the colours and the bold stripes.
It's hard to see, but I popped up one end of the banner (under the "H") to give it lots of dimension.And of course I had to decorate the inside of the card:
